  • Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, from 9am - 5pm, Saturday, from 9am - 3pm and are generally ready within an hour during store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

     

    LOCAL SW FLORIDA DELIVERY 

    • We offer free local delivery on orders over $700 to the following zip codes: 34285, 34292, 34293, 34275, 34229, 34223. A $50 delivery fee will be added for Manasota Key.
    • Orders from $700 - $1,200 have a $50 delivery fee and orders over $1,200 are free for zip codes 34233 and 34231.
    • Orders from $700 - $1,200 have a $50 delivery fee and orders over $1,200 are free for zip codes 34287, 34286 and 34291.
    • Orders from $700 - $1,200 have a $75 delivery fee and orders over $1,200 are free for zip codes 34288 and 34289.
    • Enter your address during checkout to determine if you are eligible for local delivery. If Local Delivery does not appear as an option during checkout, you are not within our delivery zone.
    • Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the day we contact you. Orders requiring re-delivery due to the recipient not being available will be subject to a re-delivery fee.

    There will be a restocking fee of 20% plus a delivery fee (price TBD based on location) for any unused delivered items that need to be returned.

     

     

    SHIPPING POLICY

    All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Venice, Florida or directly from our suppliers. We strive to ship orders in a timely manner. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, availability or other circumstances. 

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at delivery@indigopoolpatiobbq.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at delivery@indigopoolpatiobbq.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

    Items shipped to you directly from our suppliers may have additional conditions which will be communicated to you if they fall outside these policies.


    FREIGHT POLICY

    The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. All shipments will require access for a semi-truck and trailer to deliver. If you live in a limited access area or outside of the delivery area, it may be necessary to pick your product up at the nearest freight terminal. We will not be responsible for additional fees or compensate for deliveries in these areas. If this is a concern in your area, your sales representative will be glad to discuss this with the freight company before the item is purchased.

    After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out. For freight shipments going to a residential address, the shipping company will call you the day the freight is delivered at the local terminal to schedule a delivery appointment. All residential freight requires an appointment to be delivered. Oftentimes, the estimated delivery date on the website will be incorrect because of the appointment policy. Do not make arrangements to stay home to accept delivery until the shipping company calls you to set an appointment.

    The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. You should unpack your item at the time of delivery in the driver’s presence. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver. Take photos of the noted damage and email them to us at delivery@indigopoolpatiobbq.com

    In most cases it is in everyone’s best interest to refuse delivery of the product if damage of any kind is noted. If you choose to accept the freight, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the freight company for damage reimbursement. We will not be responsible for damaged items that are not noted on the POD. By signing the proof of delivery, you accept ownership of the property in its current condition.
