16" x 20" Oval Stainless Steel Grid for Big Green Eggs works with the XL Adjustable Rig.

The 16" x 20" Oval Stainless Steel Grid for Big Green Eggs was designed as a rib and brisket grid for the XL Adjustable Rig but we quickly found it works great as a standard grilling grid when placed on the Crossbars or XL Slide Guide.

The Oval Grid fits inside the Rig on the Crossbars or XL Slide Guide. It also can be placed atop the Rig.

We recommend two Oval Grids on the XL Rig when rotating food is key - 6 racks of ribs or bunch of chicken wings/parts. The 16x20 Oval Grid does not fit the Woo Rings.

The 16x20 Oval is a trimmed 20" Round Stainless Grid. The Oval has 22 grid wires, 2 less wires than the 20 Round Grid. The grid crosswires are compact (0.56" gap) and can hold just about any type of food.

The Grid is fabricated using 0.187" and 0.250" diameter EPQ Stainless Steel wire with electro-polish finish for improved performance and durability. The EPQ wire and finish make it easier to clean the grid after each cook.

Only the 16x20 Oval Stainless Grid is included in this product.
